Paga钱包美元卡无法充值?

2.17了,这几天一直尝试给美元卡充值,但总是显示Proceeding,几十秒之后显示失败。没有更改手机号的操作,奈拉卡是没有问题。有遇到相同问题的嘛?我问了客服,感觉他们也啥都不知道的样子,效率很低,就说已经转到技术部门了。

同,估计回复邮件内容都一样?

Sincere apologies for the distress experienced with being unable to fund your Paga USD card. Checks on my end with the email address “admin@gmail.com” confirmed a customer account working fine and has an active Paga virtual dollar card.
